Resurgence of the trades
There has been a notably rising interest among young demographics in careers in skilled trades.It’s a trend that reinforces what we already know to be true, that a career in construction is not a last resort — it’s a first choice. With the digital landscape rapidly evolving, the construction industry offers something that AI technology can never replicate or replace: proud work with our own two hands.
At Forcine, we believe in encouraging this trend – in welcoming the rising generation into concrete construction, building up their unique skillsets, and mentoring them into future pioneers of the industry.
For the summer of 2026, we’re amplifying this growing trend by welcoming six construction students to the team.
Investing in the future
Our students join us from a range of programs and universities, including Pennsylvania College of Technology, New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Williamson College of the Trades.
From the end of May to the end of August, these students will work alongside our craftsmen, gaining hands-on learning experience, contributing to real projects, and continuing to build upon skills that will shape their futures in the industry.

We get the opportunity to be part of their journey, help them discover the many paths this industry has to offer, and show them what is possible when hard work meets opportunity”.
