Our involvement varies by project and includes work associated with data center shells, ancillary buildings, and generator yards. Our scope across these projects includes foundations, slab-on-grade, generator pads, water tank pads, footings, and ramp walls.

The client has a 35% carbon reduction threshold to meet, requiring the use of sustainable admixtures without sacrificing finish quality.

BIM clash detection
BIM models are used before and during construction to proactively identify design and utility clashes. Our team also supports coordination with an as-built BIM model.
Inter-trade coordination
Proactive scheduling coordination between concrete, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades minimizes conflicts and maintains workflow continuity as site conditions evolve.
Manpower allocation
Additional crews and extended work hours are provided to meet accelerated schedule requirements.
Off-site admixture testing
Low-carbon flyash and slag mixtures are tested on off-site slabs to confirm finish quality prior to placement on-site.
